This privacy notice describes data handling for Darkwave Synapse. The game is designed to minimize personal data collection.
Game data
Local settings, progress and gameplay state may be stored on the device. If global ranking features are enabled, the service may process a chosen public player name, score, ranking data, technical anti-abuse identifiers and timestamps required to operate the leaderboard.
No required real name
A real name is not required for gameplay or leaderboard presentation. Users should not enter sensitive personal information as a public player name.
Diagnostics
Technical diagnostics may be processed when necessary to detect crashes, abuse or service failures. Data is limited to what is needed for operation and security.
Third-party platforms
Distribution through Apple App Store or Google Play may involve platform-side processing governed by the respective provider's privacy terms.
